Craig Sheridan APM EMPA
Director
A retired Commissioned Police Officer professional with 29 year’s experience with the NSW Police Force.
Craig has consulted with major public and private sector organisations regarding Risk Management, Threat Management, Emergency Management, Crowd Management, Threat Environment and Counter-Terrorism training.
Craig held a senior management role as Commander of the State Planning Unit, Major Events & Incidents Group, NSW Police Force focused on strategic leadership, public order management, emergency management, strategic planning, continuous improvement, risk management and business/ operations planning. Craig was responsible for developing, maintaining, and lecturing the Incident Commanders Course at the NSW Police Force Leadership College.
Craig led the NSWPF Operational planning response for over 100 Major Operations State-wide, including operational planning and support for emergency management response this extended interstate and abroad. Major coordination operations included the NSWPF response for the G20 events in NSW held during 2014 and was part of the security working group planning the G20 events within Australia for 2014, the NSWPF Security response and planning to the 2015 Asian Football Cup and the ICC Cricket World Cup.
Craig has consulted with major organisations regarding Risk Management, Threat Management, Emergency Management, Crowd Management, Threat Environment, Target Hardening Assessment and Counter-Terrorism training. Recent Sheridan Consulting Group has been engaged by the City of Sydney Council, Bayside Council, Central Coast Council, Northern Beaches Council, City of Newcastle, Boroondara Council, City of Perth and South Perth local councils and major sporting stadiums – Etihad Stadium, Sydney Cricket Ground and Auckland Stadiums NZ. Further protective security assessments and engagements have been completed for influential organisations being Financial Ombudsman Service, Western Sydney Local Health District, University of NSW, Legal Aid NSW, Australian National University and Ardent Leisure Group to complete security and threat assessment reviews, including physical security and CCTV surveillance entire site location assessments, coverage and placement.
Internationally, Craig’s most recent project was the successful delivery of the 89th National Day Celebrations as Master Planner in the City of Abha, including establishing a ‘state of the art’ Joint Operations Centre in collaboration with the Aseer Tourism Board. The Joint Operation Centre was the first of its kind in the region, where the strategic command gathered to oversee event operations. The celebrations entailed a large military parade, a festival for the people and a fireworks display throughout Abha, which over 100,000 people enjoyed.
Craig’s diverse background, expert knowledge, and respected reputation have resulted in many invitations as a keynote speaker in Australia and abroad. Craig’s speaking duties have covered The Terrorism and Major Events APEC meeting in Vancouver 2012, Asia Pacific Venue Management Conference 2014, Asia Pacific Venue Management Congress 2015, FIFA Zurich, Switzerland for Australia World Football Cup bid 2010, OSAC (US Government overseas security advisory panel), National Australia Day Committee, Crowd safety Seminar, Sydney 2014.
Craig represented the NSW Police Force at many international events, including the Australian Government Observers program Qatar Asian Cup 2011, observer to NYPD security operations supporting United Nations General events in New York and paramount event security planning with other Federal Agencies in Washington.
Craig has had notable membership appointments as Director, Asia Pacific Special Olympics Board from 2012, Member of Counter-Terrorism & Special Tactics Command “Strike Force Eagle” Incident Management Team, attained Secret and Top Secret National Security clearance, Member of NSW Government Events Operations Group – Executive (policy development) and a member of NSW Police Force Strategic Intelligence Board and is currently Executive Member Australian Mass Participation Sporting Events Alliance.
Craig holds an Executive Masters Degree in Public Administration; an Advanced Diploma in Police Management, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Advanced Diploma in Security Risk Management, Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, Diploma of Event Management and Cert IV in Frontline Management (Business).
In 2015 Craig was awarded the prestigious Australian Police Medal in the Queen’s birthday honours for distinguished service by an Australian Police Force member.

Beaudie Cullen
Director
Beaudie is a proud Wangarra man who is strong in his aboriginal culture. He was raised in Inala, located southwest of Brisbane, in Queensland.
Beaudie is the Managing Director of Moonyah Risk Services. He joined the NSW Police Force at 18 years old. Over his 17-year career with NSW Police, Beaudie has investigated significant criminal matters, coordinated large Police operations and received the Rotary Community Police officer of the year award.
Beaudie brings considerable skills and knowledge in investigative work, emergency management and security threat response, including Active Armed Offender.
Beaudie has developed his skills and expertise in the procedure of Risk Management to organisations, locations and events through a deep understanding of the current security threat environments.
Beaudie has vast experience in security threat vulnerability assessments and identifying appropriate protective security measures and emergency management requirements.
Beaudie was afforded very few educational opportunities during his youth. His grounding in these disadvantaged circumstances ignited his passion for success, provided support and assistance to those within his culture.
Beaudie is continually and deliberately entrenched in Aboriginal culture, people and communities. He has never abandoned nor left his roots behind, only continued to do everything in his power to enhance the lives and opportunities of his people. He has a great understanding of what is involved in mentoring his community in the education field to obtain desired outcomes.
He is very passionate about providing this network of support for Indigenous people throughout NSW and Australia. He currently runs a free fitness and program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and mentors three days a week. The program has been highly successful in assisting those with mental health issues and supporting educational outcomes.
